If you’re in free trial there’s no way to add more user once you reach the user limits. However, if you’re in paid plan you can add or reduce user freely and the cost will adjust based on the user added or reduced.
Yes. Quokka is a pay-as-you-go service and you can change or cancel plan at any time. Click on "Billing" in your workspace setting to change your plan.
Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the feed paid b you for the remaining term.
You could simply going to login page and click “Forgot Password”. We will send you a link to reset your password to your email.
The account status will remain at "pending" and you would not be able to sign in the platform.
